Snoop Lion unveils the official cover art for his ‘Reincarnated’ album, and announces that his new single will feature Drake on it.
In just over a month fans will finally get to hear Snoop Dogg’s transition to the reggae artist known as Snoop Lion. Over the past few months we’ve received a few singles from the upcoming reggae album, but come April 23rd we will be able to get our hands on the complete ‘Reincarnated’ project.
Snoop Lion released the official cover art to the ‘Reincarnated’ album today, which tells us this thing should definitely hit the release date deadline. Snoop also revealed that he would be working with Drake on his next single called “No Guns Allowed.”
“I knew about that certain shooting incident in Toronto, and I always loved Drake. I love him for his writing, and how he get down, and how he can deliver. He delivers great party records, but I wanted him to say something on this record. I felt like he could really say something, and address some things that needed to be said, and take the party out of it for a minute. You thinking Drake and Snoop this is gonna ba a party jam, but it’s like no, no guns allowed. This is how you keep the party rockin’ all night. Leave the guns out.”
