Chicago rhymer Lupe Fiasco unleashes a new single this morning out of nowhere called ‘Light Blue.’
Quite possibly the greatest part of Twitter for music fans is the fact that many of our favorite artists will drop new projects out of the blue, giving us direct access to their content by simply clicking a link.
That was certainly the case with Lupe Fiasco this morning as he dropped a new track called ‘Light Blue.’ The song was produced by DJ SimonSayz, and Lupe Fiasco has confirmed that the single is just a throwaway track not set to appear on his upcoming ‘Tetsuo & Youth’ album.
“DONT MIND ME….JUST STAYING IN SHAPE…JUST PRACTICE…LIKE A PIANO PLAYER OR A GYMNAST. Not on T&Y…So pls dont Say It Is on your blog. Thanx,” Lupe Fiasco wrote when releasing the new track. Of course the tweet has since been deleted.
