Maybach Music Group rapper Wale Folarin once again finds himself in a controversial exchange with the public, this time with a fan that was allegedly looking to take a photo with the rapper.
Wale made media headlines earlier this week for approaching the announcer booth during a Wizards game after he felt disrespected over a comment that Matt Devlin made.
Devlin later apologized for the comment, reassuring everyone including Wale that it he meant nothing by it. In fact he was making fun of himself for not knowing the culture very well.
It looks like that wasn’t the only turbulent encounter Wale had over the week with the general public. In this new video that surfaced, Wale can be seen getting into a verbal altercation with a fan.
While there is plenty of yelling in the video, it is unclear as to what actually sparked the reaction from Wale. “Come do something,” the rapper yelled from his black SUV before a fan yelled back “A nigga just trying to take a picture of your bitch ass! Your motherfucking boss a C.O. nigga!”
Of course the last part was taking shots at Rick Ross. From there all that can be seen is a bunch of fans running towards Wale’s SUV with their camera phones out, thirsty for a bit of World Star shine. Check out quick video after the jump.
Wale addressed the matter through his Twitter account, expressing his frustration with the criticism he received for simply “defending himself.”
