T.I. discusses the controversial ‘Addresses’ diss track from his recently released ‘Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head’ album.
This past week has been all about T.I. After recently releasing his ‘Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head’ album, the Atlanta rapper has been in the media spotlight 24/7 over the past week.
The album itself is projected to sell an impressive 175,000 copies in its first week, and has received positive reviews from both fans and critics. Although there are plenty of standout tracks on the project, Tip’s diss track ‘Addresses’ has caused the most controversy over the past few days.
T.I. recently confirmed that the single was definitely a diss track, but chose not to address who it was aimed at. Regardless of who Tip was talking about on the project, he says that it’s time to move past the beef and be humble.
“So now that’s where I’m at today. That’s where I’m at right now today,” said T.I. “It’s time for me to have this humble spirit. I done said everything it is to be said and now it’s time for me to kick back and just be humble. Salute those who deserve it. Salute Trinidad James on his accomplishments and what he has to contribute to the game. Salute 2 Chainz. Salute Future. Salute Rocko. Salute Jeezy. Salute Gucci. Salute all who have assisted us and salute all who maybe not know it, but should be assisting us because it’ll be better for everybody.”
