Mac Miller is taking his super stardom to the next level as he partners up with MTV 2 for a brand new reality television series.
Pittsburgh rapper Mac Miller soared to success with the release of his independent debut album ‘Blue Slide Park‘ last year. As Miller preps for his ‘Watching Movies With The Sound Off’ album, the young star will be debuting a new reality show at the top of the year.
“Yes, I have a show on MTV2. It’s very cool. Being an independent artist, I think it’s important to find different ways to bring attention to what you are doing. With Watching Movies coming out, I just want to do whatever I can to make sure everybody hears that,” Mac explained about the show.
So what can fans expect with the Mac Miller reality show? Miller states that it will give fans a look inside his life, which oncissts of grinding for the past nine months as he preps his sophomore album release.
“The show is going to be cool, it’s a little look into my life … well, all the stuff you can show on TV,” he expressed in an interview with THR. “I have been living in my studio for months working on my album, so the show kind of forced me to get out of that room and go do something entertaining.”
