Game apparently has no aversion to paying 40 Glocc a fair chunk of money and recently explained that he was hoping to settle with the rapper out of court. 40 Glocc filed a lawsuit against Game following their altercation this summer, although he decided not pursue charges.
Although Game hasn’t settled with 40 Glocc yet, he thinks that the suit will probably end up working itself out before it goes too far in court. “My money Nia Long, so I’ll pay him. It’s cool. I didn’t settle but I’m pretty sure it’s going to come to that because I’m pretty sure I owe him some money. Once he got knocked out, I pretty much took his street cred. So all he had left to do was sue. If he can get a Prius off of me, it’s all good,” Game told Power 105’s The Breakfast Club.
Game also claims that he never pulled a gun on 40 Glocc and pointed out that it would be difficult for him to manage grabbing a firearm given the situation. “I only got two hands. I had the camera in one hand and was hitting him with the other one. Nobody pulled guns on that dude. But I guess that makes it better for the lawsuit or whatnot,” said Game.
It’s not known what 40 Glocc is looking to get from the suit and whether or not Game’s estimation of a settlement is accurate remains to be seen.
