Outkast member Big Boi reveals the official cover for his upcoming ‘Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors’ album, and gives the project a new release date.
Album delays and push backs have become quite normal on today’s music landscape, particularly within the hip hop music genre. Even the biggest names in rap fall victims to the release date delays, and the latest rapper to experience this is none other than Outkast member Big Boi.
Although fans around the world were disappointed that Andre 3000 and Big Boi would not be teaming up for an Outkast reunion album this year, we were happy to find out that Big Boi would be releasing a new solo album by the end of the year.
Titled ‘Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors,’ Big Boi originally gave the album a November release date, but now the ATLien have confirmed the album will officially release on December 11th. Big Boi recently teamed up with Kelly Rowland for the first single off the project called ‘Mama Told Me,’ which you can stream below.
