Kanye West can add another platinum plaque to the wall after his ‘Mercy’ track alongside his G.O.O.D. Music crew has just surpassed the 1 million copies sold mark.
Yeezy warned us it would be a cruel summer, and it looks like the G.O.O.D. Music crew is off to a solid start after becoming officially certified platinum on their ‘Mercy’ single. The song, which features Big Sean, Pusha T, 2 Chainz, and Kanye West himself, gained traction extremely quickly and has already sold 1,059,000 copies to date.
The single served as the first off the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation album ‘Cruel Summer.’ We recently announced that the ‘Cruel Summer’ album would be released on August 7th, and Kanye West and Pusha T recently teamed up for the second single off the project entitled ‘God Flow,’ which can be streamed now on Kanye West’s website.
